A Novel Buck Converter with Dual Loops Control Mechanism

چکیده

This paper presents a novel buck converter with dual-loop control technology, which does not need to detect the inductor current directly. The structure of loops is easy implement, one loop controls output voltage, and other switching frequency. With dual mechanism, voltage frequency can be accurately controlled only by measuring input without sensing current. generate an 1.0–2.5 V when load are 3.0–3.6 100–500 mA, respectively. design was verified SIMPLIS. simulation results show that variation less than 1% at V. recovery time 1.5 μs during change. circuit fabricated using TSMC 0.35μm 2P4M CMOS processes. scheme, theoretical analysis implementation presented in this paper.
